What to include
- Your first name or the display name you would like us to use
- Your order number for verification (it will not be published)
- The product you used and approximately how long you used it
- Your honest experience in 50–500 words
- An optional photo of you, the product, or your routine
- Whether you give ChewyWell permission to publish your first name, story, and optional photo
How to send your story
Email support@chewywell.com with the subject line My ChewyWell Story. Our support team normally replies within 1–2 business days.
Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or sensitive medical information.
How submissions are reviewed
We review submissions for authenticity, relevance, and clarity. Sending a story does not guarantee publication, a discount, or another reward. If a story is selected, we may edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning. We will publish a photo only when you have given permission.
Product claims and privacy
Please describe your personal experience without claiming that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease. Submitted information is used to review your story and, with your permission, publish the approved portions. For more information, review our Privacy Policy or contact ChewyWell.
